Who we are

Velom Cycling Club ("Velom", "we"), Partizanska 12, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email, and profile details you provide when registering.
• Membership & payments — tier, membership number, and payment status. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored by us.
• Event registrations — including emergency contact details you choose to share, used only for event safety.
• Newsletter — your email address, with double opt-in confirmation.
• Contact messages — name, email and message content.

How we use it

To operate your club membership, manage event participation, send newsletters you subscribed to, respond to enquiries, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Storage & processors

Data is stored with Supabase (hosted in the EU). Email delivery and payment processing use dedicated providers under data processing agreements.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Update your profile in your account, unsubscribe via the link in any newsletter, or contact us at hello@velom.cc for deletion requests — deleting your account removes your profile and associated records.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: session authentication. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
