1. The club

These terms govern your use of the Velom website, club membership and participation in club events, operated by Velom Cycling Club, Skopje.

2. Membership

Membership runs for the period stated on your tier and renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable once a membership is activated, except where required by law.

3. Events and rides

Cycling carries inherent risk. By registering for a ride or event you confirm you are physically fit to participate, will wear a helmet, follow traffic law and marshal instructions, and participate at your own risk. Riders under 18 require guardian consent.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

5. Content

Site content (text, photography, logos) belongs to Velom or its licensors. Fan-zone downloads are for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or participation in club activities.
